# DIGI - AI-native software, engineered in the UK > DIGI is a UK software studio building AI-native products and systems for the public sector and enterprise. Most clients commission a build and own it outright. Where a client would rather not fund the whole build up front, DIGI can take revenue share or equity for part of the fee instead, so DIGI carries some of the commercial risk. This is an option offered to clients, never a condition of working with DIGI. ## Organisation - **Brand:** DIGI - **Legal entity:** CHMS Cyber Security Limited - **Company number:** 15650214 - **Registered office:** 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, England, W1W 7LT - **Website:** https://chmsdigi.com - **Email:** ask@chmsdigi.com - **LinkedIn:** https://www.linkedin.com/company/chmsdigi/ - **Engineering and hosting:** United Kingdom ## Positioning AI-native is not the same as AI-powered. AI-powered describes a product with intelligence added to it. AI-native means artificial intelligence is the foundation of both what DIGI builds and how DIGI builds it. Two things are AI-native at DIGI. First, the products: agents, automation and autonomous systems. Second, and commercially just as important, the delivery process itself. AI development tooling is central to how DIGI works every day, across code, tests, documentation, review and infrastructure. This is why a small senior team delivers enterprise-grade software considerably faster, and at materially lower cost, than a traditional studio carrying the same scope. The saving comes from removing coordination overhead and handoffs, not from reducing security, accessibility or testing work. ## Offerings DIGI has two offerings. The distinction is who ends up running the software. ### 1. Software development - "We build it." Sorted by how the build is funded. Commissioning a build is the default and is always available. - **Build.** The client commissions the software, pays a fixed price for a fixed scope, and owns the intellectual property and source code outright. - **Venture partnership.** An alternative for clients who would rather not fund the entire build before their first customer arrives. DIGI reduces or replaces the fee in exchange for revenue share or equity, and therefore carries some of the risk. Suited to founders and companies launching a SaaS product. It is an option, not a requirement. - **Delivery partnership.** For established software companies that already have a product and a roadmap they cannot ship fast enough. DIGI becomes their AI-native build capacity, on a straightforward commercial basis or, where the client would prefer to conserve cash, with part of the fee tied to the upside. ### 2. AI implementation - "You run it. We make you able to." Sorted by stage. Clients can take one stage or all three. - **Audit and assurance.** Two distinct products. An **AI Opportunity Audit** maps processes, scores opportunities on value and feasibility, and produces a costed roadmap; the deliverable is a decision, not a strategy document. An **AI Assurance Audit** independently reviews AI already running in production, covering governance, risk, bias, data handling, transparency and human oversight. DIGI only assures systems DIGI did not build, because assurance depends on independence. - **Automation and agents.** Workflow and process automation, delivered in partnership with Obelisk AI, an external partner. Custom AI agents with memory, context and initiative, built by DIGI. The dividing line: an agent that runs your operations is AI implementation; an agent that is the product you sell is software development. - **Enablement and training.** Capability transfer - training internal teams, documenting an internal AI operating model, and reducing the client's dependency on DIGI by design. ### The partnership pathway Engagements typically begin as fixed-scope consulting or build work. If the work goes well and both sides want to go further, the arrangement can change to revenue share or equity. Many engagements simply run their course as commissioned work, which is entirely normal. This is the alternative to the two usual options: building an internal AI team, which is expensive, slow and hard to recruit for; or using a traditional development agency, which is transactional, transfers little knowledge, and has misaligned incentives. ## Work - **Invision360** - Delivery partnership. Began as VITA, a commissioned AI assistant build, and grew into a longer-term delivery partnership on enterprise statutory casework software for the UK public sector. Involves special-category personal data and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements. - **360 Protect** (formerly Invision Protect) - Venture partnership. A co-owned product combining Revelion's autonomous AI penetration-testing technology with Invision360's UK public-sector reach. Delivered in Do With You and Done For You models, UK-run and UK-hosted. - **Revelion** - An autonomous AI penetration-testing platform designed and built from nothing by DIGI. Revelion Limited is a sister company within the group, not an arm's-length client. - **Liquid Friday** - Build. A fixed-scope, fixed-price platform build for a UK payroll and workforce compliance company. - **Launcha** - Build. A systematic investment platform. Launcha is a company within DIGI's wider group, not an arm's-length client. ## Related organisations - **CHMS Cyber Security** (https://chmscybersec.net) - sister company; security and assurance, including fully sovereign self-hosted deployment. - **Revelion** (https://revelion.ai) - sister company; autonomous AI penetration-testing platform. - **360 Protect** (https://www.360protect.co.uk) - co-owned public-sector security product. - **Obelisk AI** (https://www.obeliskai.co.uk) - external automation partner. ## Security and compliance - Engineered and hosted in the United Kingdom by default; sovereign self-hosted deployment available through CHMS Cyber Security. - Experience handling special-category personal data in UK public-sector contexts. - Software engineered to WCAG 2.1 AA as a minimum standard, which is what UK public-sector procurement commonly requires. - Security vulnerability reporting via https://chmsdigi.com/.well-known/security.txt ## Site map - `/` - positioning, both offerings, engagement spectrum, selected work, trust signals - `/software-development` - Build, Venture partnership, Delivery partnership - `/ai-implementation` - Audit and assurance, Automation and agents, Enablement and training - `/partnership-model` - how a project can grow into a partnership - `/work` - case study index, filterable by engagement model - `/work/invision360`, `/work/360-protect`, `/work/revelion`, `/work/liquid-friday`, `/work/launcha` - `/security` - security posture, data handling, accessibility, assurance independence - `/procurement-faq` - answers for ICT, procurement, information governance and SEND teams: controller and processor roles, DPIA support, data residency, AI-specific controls - `/about` - the studio and group structure - `/careers` - open roles - `/contact` - enquiries - `/accessibility` - WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility statement - `/privacy-policy` - data handling
