Terms of service

Last updated 31 July 2026

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any work we carry out for you: engagements are covered by their own signed proposal, statement of work or contract, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

Who we are

This website is operated by CHMS Cyber Security Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15650214, with a registered office at 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, England, W1W 7LT. DIGI is a trading brand of that company. You can contact us at ask@chmsdigi.com.

Using this site

You may use this site for lawful purposes and for your own information. You may not use it in a way that breaches applicable law, interferes with its operation or security, attempts unauthorised access to any system, or introduces malicious code.

Automated collection of content is permitted for search and answer engines in line with our robots.txt. Bulk scraping that degrades the service for others is not.

We may suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual property

The content, design, structure and code of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may read, print and share pages for your own or your organisation’s internal use. You may not republish, sell or systematically reproduce them without written permission.

Third-party names, logos and trade marks shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the organisations concerned.

Nothing here is an offer or advice

Information on this site is provided for general information. It is not professional, legal, security or financial advice, and it should not be relied on as such.

Descriptions of services, engagement models, indicative figures and case studies do not constitute a contractual offer. Any proposal we make is set out separately in writing and only becomes binding when both parties sign it.

Where a case study describes an organisation within our own group, the page says so. We do not present group companies as unrelated clients.

Enquiries you send us

Anything you send through our contact form or by email is handled as described in our privacy policy. Do not send confidential, sensitive or special-category information through the contact form. If you need to share something confidential, tell us and we will agree a secure route first.

Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or any duty of confidentiality on our part until we have agreed one in writing.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, including those of group companies and partners. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on any content on it.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Changes

We may amend these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
