Relationship: Revelion Limited is a sister company within our group. We built the platform; we are not describing an arm’s-length client engagement.
Context
Penetration testing is expensive, periodic and constrained by the number of skilled testers available. The gaps between tests are where breaches happen.
Revelion was built to close that gap with autonomous agents rather than more consultants.
The problem
Autonomous security testing is genuinely difficult: the system has to reason about unfamiliar infrastructure, act safely, and produce findings a human can trust and act on.
It is the kind of problem that shows whether a studio can build real AI systems or only integrate someone else’s.
What we built
An autonomous, AI-driven penetration-testing platform, engineered from the ground up.
Agents with memory, context and initiative, operating against live infrastructure within defined safety boundaries.
Now sold commercially and, through Invision Protect, into the UK public sector.
Outcome
A production platform with paying customers, and the technical foundation underneath Invision Protect.
It is the proof point behind the positioning: we build AI-native products, not AI features.
